New QUEST3+ Login Method – MyTrustID
Please be informed that a new login method for the QUEST3+ System, known as MyTrustID, will be implemented effective 8 July 2026 (Wednesday), 10.00 AM.
The MyTrustID login method provides users with a more flexible and convenient way to access the QUEST3+ System using the following supported web browsers:

Mozilla Firefox
-
Microsoft Edge
Unlike the existing Java Login Method, MyTrustID does not require users to install Java and is not limited to Mozilla Firefox only.
For users who wish to continue using the existing Java Login Method, the method will remain available. However, please note that Java Login is only compatible with Mozilla Firefox and requires the relevant Java application to be installed.
Users are advised to refer to the MyTrustID User Manual for installation and login instructions before using the new login method.

Java Login Method
The Java Login Method is the existing login option for QUEST3+ users who access the system using a USB Token.
This method requires users to install the required Java application and supporting components before login. It is only compatible with the following web browser:
