Reporting Complaints on Notified Cosmetics
The National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) encourages the public to report all complaints related to Notified Cosmetics and their Advertisements. Your feedback is crucial for maintaining cosmetic safety and compliance.
Before reporting a complaint, please ensure the cosmetic has a valid notification status by searching via the QUEST3+ Product Search .
How to Report a Complaint:
You can submit your complaint through ONE of the following methods:
1. Online: Complete the Online Notified Cosmetic Complaint Form
2. Manual Submission:

Download and complete the Borang Aduan Produk Kosmetik Bernotifikasi (N3-FR-66).

Submit the form by post or walk-in to:
Surveillance and Complaint Section, Centre for Compliance and Quality Control (CCQC), National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA)

If your complaint pertains to Unnotified Cosmetics and their Advertisements, please report it to the Pharmacy Enforcement Division, Pharmaceutical Services Programme, Ministry of Health, Malaysia, through the Sistem Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SISPAA) (link opens in a new tab/window).
