Bagi meningkatkan kecekapan serta prestasi sistem, NPRA akan melaksanakan aktiviti data cleaning ke atas pangkalan data sistem.
Sehubungan dengan itu, semua produk yang berstatus “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” akan dipadamkan sepenuhnya daripada sistem, termasuk semua lampiran (attachment) yang berkaitan.
Oleh yang demikian, pemohon yang masih memerlukan rekod produk berstatus “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” dinasihatkan untuk memuat turun maklumat produk tersebut sebelum atau pada 31 Januari 2026.
Langkah-langkah untuk memuat turun produk berstatus “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)”:

Log masuk ke papan pemuka Sistem QUEST 3+
- Navigasi ke Product Registration > Application Status
- Masukkan carian “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” di ruangan carian
- Senarai produk berkaitan akan dipaparkan
- Klik butang Print untuk memaparkan maklumat penuh produk
- Klik “Print Registration Form” dan simpan sebagai PDF
- Bagi tujuan penyimpanan lampiran PDF, sila muat turun setiap lampiran secara berasingan daripada medan (field) yang berkaitan
Produk berstatus “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” berserta semua lampiran PDF akan dipadamkan daripada sistem sebagai sebahagian daripada inisiatif data cleaning bagi memastikan prestasi sistem yang lebih optimum.
In order to enhance system efficiency and overall performance, NPRA will be conducting a data cleaning exercise on the system database.
As part of this exercise, all products with the status “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” will be permanently removed from the system, including all related PDF attachments.
Therefore, applicants who wish to retain records of products with the status “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” are advised to download the relevant product information on or before 31 January 2026.
Steps to download products with status “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)”:

Log in to the QUEST 3+ System Dashboard
- Navigate to Product Registration > Application Status
- Search for “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)” in the search field
- The list of relevant products will be displayed
- Click the Print button to view the complete product information
- Select “Print Registration Form” and save it as a PDF
- To retain PDF attachments, each attachment must be downloaded individually from the respective fields
All products with the status “SAVED FORM (EXPIRED)”, together with their related PDF attachments, will be deleted from the system as part of the data cleaning initiative to improve system performance.
