Perlaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Di Premis NPRA / Implementation Of Movement Control Order In NPRA

Dengan hormatnya saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.

2. Dimaklumkan bahawa Bahagian Regulatori Farmasi Negara (NPRA), Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) akan mematuhi Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan di bawah Akta Pencegahan dan Pengawalan Penyakit Berjangkit 1988 dan Akta Polis 1967 mulai 18 Mac 2020 dan sehingga kini dilanjutkan sehingga 12 Mei 2020. Ini adalah selaras dengan Perutusan Khas YAB Perdana Menteri mengenai COVID-19 yang terkini pada 23 April 2020 berkenaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan.

3. Sehubungan itu, sebilangan besar anggota NPRA tidak akan berada di premis NPRA dan tidak dapat dihubungi melalui panggilan telefon sepanjang tempoh tersebut. Oleh yang demikian, komunikasi emel adalah pilihan utama dan Meja Bantuan boleh dihubungi melalui Helpdesk support (enquiry & complaint) form. Emel staf NPRA dan juga borang pertanyaan boleh diakses melalui pautan yang disediakan di bawah.

4. Untuk makluman YBhg. Datuk / Dato' / Datin / YBrs. Dr. / Tuan / Puan juga, sepanjang tempoh ini hanya satu kaunter sahaja yang akan dibuka iaitu kaunter utama di Pusat Pentadbiran NPRA. Segala urusan kaunter adalah di kaunter utama yang beroperasi dari jam 8.00 pagi hingga jam 10.00 pagi setiap hari.

2. National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) will be abiding the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Disease Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 from 18th March 2020  and is now extended until 12th May 2020. The latest order and period were announced by the Malaysian Prime Minister on 23rd April 2020. 

 3. As such, the majority of NPRA employers will not be in the NPRA premise and will not be able to be reached via office landlines during this period of time. Communication via emails is therefore the main medium. Alongside, Helpdesk support will be available for reach through the Helpdesk support (enquiry & complaint) form. 4. Kindly be informed that during this period, only one (1) counter will be operating which is the Main Counter. The Main Counter can be found at the NPRA Administration Office (Pusat Pentadbiran NPRA) and will operate from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. daily excluding weekends and public holidays.
